Rally Against Islamofascism a Success
by Jim Nutting
Last
week Jesse Petrilla (left), founder and National Director of the
United American Committee
(UAC) along with his very patriotic members and supporters joined in “The
Rally Against Islamofascism” held in major cities across America. Though
the turnout was good, it could have been better. The rallies were
strategically located in all the cities where there was high visibility .
In Anaheim California for example, there were many passers-by, some critical
of the message, but the majority were supportive. The next event will be
much larger because of the visibility. At the event in Anaheim, an effigy
of Osama
bin Laden (right) was tried, sentenced and put to death by hanging. It was
a fantastic message to both Americans and the Jihadist enemy. To the
American it says that there are still fellow countrymen who will never
forget what happened. To the Jihadist enemy, it says that an attack on
freedom is a sure death sentence, and again, Americans will never forget.
In
Seattle, a mixed message was sent.
According
to a UAC statement, the Seattle Council of American Islamic Relations, (CAIR)
representative Arsalan Bukhari (left) told UAC that they were not in line
with the CAIR International Headquarters. The UAC was told by Bukhari that
he denounces Jihadism, Hamas, Sharia law, and Islamic militancy. Bukhari
even had his photo taken with UAC. As soon as I read the statement from UAC
I was extremely skeptical. Though the message sounds good, it smells sour
and to say the least, it was laughable. I knew there would be a statement
from CAIR countering it. Not only that, it would probably be worthy of a
fatwa against Bukhari from some moderate Muslim Jihadist organization
like Hamas. On April 2nd,CAIR did counter the UAC report
and called the UAC “liars”.
CAIR,
The same organization who called airline passengers “racists”. Why?
Because six gold-digging Imams acted suspiciously onboard a plane post
9/11. Obviously the passengers were scared to death and concerned.
According to
Audrey Hudson of the Washington Times The Imams (right) said they
were not discussing politics and only spoke in English, but witnesses told
law enforcement that the men spoke in Arabic and English, criticizing the
war in Iraq and President Bush, and talking about al Qaeda and Osama bin
Laden. Prior to boarding, they were
chanting and praying. How were these passengers supposed to understand what
these actions? Most Americans don’t know anything about the Muslim
culture. How does CAIR justify calling the passengers and airline crew
"racists"?
All the passengers knew was that the 9/11 terrorist murderers crashed planes and were Muslim, ALL OF THEM! Now these guys were sitting in unassigned seats wandering around the plane talking to each other and requesting seat extenders, according to reports, none of them were fat enough to need one. After seeing their photos, barf bags over their faces would have brought less attention. The passengers and flight crew did the right thing. They did what anyone in their situation would have done, with the exception of any CAIR representatives that could have been on that flight.
It's obvious that CAIR is on a campaign to instill guilt in Americans. By calling Americans racists, the average has to watch everything they say and do or be tagged a racist. No American wants to be thought of as a racist. Doesn't that make it much easier for the Jihadist enemy to get around in our country. “Don’t worry Abu, just call them racists when they look at you. Hand them a business card from CAIR. Please Abu, hand me the suicide belt”.
We know that our enemy is already here, established in our communities just waiting for the moment to wake up and fight. CAIR is just a security blanket for them. Bukhari is in my opinion, just microscopic part of their propaganda game. Jesse, nor I, or any other patriot will be fooled. Anyone with half a brain could see right through CAIR. I’m proud to know Jesse and will continue to support the UAC in the battle against our common enemy. The B’nai Elim has your back Jesse!
